I had to call the insurance after wanting to get a quote online & having to fill out an SR-22. It is my first time doing something like this. When I called, Felicia (who I was on the phone with) asked me some questions to get a better understanding for my quote. She was very informative and made me feel confident in my decision to be insured through this establishment after going through the trouble to provide me a quote. I'm very content with how she was able to help me out and I'm very grateful for this insurance. Thanks guys!

Felicia was awesome! We had a few back and forth calls and every time she was patient, kind and knew her stuff...LOL. I used this company before and am glad I returned. Sure all insurance prices have went up, but United is still the best deal by far!!

Jennifer was kind and patient i had tons of questions she took time to research them and answer me fully. I thought about waiting and paying later. She gave me all options after disconnecting i gave it more thought and decided i wanted to start now. I called back spoke to Jennifer once more and started my policy and blessed i did. I would highly recommend this company. Affordable and great customer service which is rare in todays world. Excellent customer service. Was totally lost on what to do after receiving a letter from the Secretary of State saying my license was suspended for not having limited liability coverage for the state of Illinois. Jenny took care of everything over the phone hassle free. Along with getting a great deal on my insurance the customer service was outstanding. I 1000% recommend United auto insurance
